Beautiful stablishment . Downstairs employees are very kind and helpful with directions I will say the people working in the food areas are a bit overwhelmed and need more help. Especially late at night when only a few eateries are open. There is limited seating therefore the people behind the counters are overwhelmed leaving them little space and little energy to be able to do their jobs well efficiently and with a good attitude which is very understandable. It makes me Drive for them because they're good at what they do but let's be honest they're only human and they can only do so much no matter how good they are at what they do. Again good today you are the hard rock offering top of the line service pull it together hard rock. You definitely make enough money.
