Operated 2 times here, 2nd time they didn't call my wife when surgery was done. When she got to the department, she was angrily sent away with the story that she will be called when the operation was completed. In the meantime it had been ready for 3 hours.

I filed a complaint about this, this was in August, never heard of it again, even though I went to patient education twice myself.

A bacteria was also found to have been found in the department where I was lying. I received a neat letter about this, with an accompanying box for collecting cultures, never heard anything about it again, until I started asking questions myself.

Besides, operation has no result. Now second opinion in another hospital. I don't want to go back here either. Fortunately, that can be arranged with the health insurance.

Hospital looks nice, but after 5 years of the same shit, I no longer trust the quality of care.
