I purchase an oral b nightie dental guard. It says on the box fits all! That's a lie. I tried doing it 2 times which it says to do if you don't get the correct fit, and it still didn't fit. Then I call the help line, which says they are open at 6 am and got sent through to leave a message and they will call me the next buisness day as they are not open. A very nice woman call me back not long after and got me all set for the refund. Great job oral b :)
