I can't believe how horrible I was just treated af...

I can't believe how horrible I was just treated after losing everything I have in this world in a house fire yesterday. To add insult to injury I was hung up on. My local welfare office told me to reach out to this place and all I asked for was names of resources that might be able to help me and my family. It's hard enough asking for help but to then be treated how I just was is disgusting. If you can't help it's perfectly understandable but No one deserves to be treated like I was. She basically told me that they can't help me, they don't know who can and hung up. Speechless.
