really disorganized place. we purchased virtual tickets for a smart phone from a kiosk by the Museum parking garage and the staff did not recognize them or know what to do with them. so we had to wait in a huge line again to get printed ones. also we had limited time and finding the exhibit we wanted to see was a real challenge.
