Came in for the KISS Concert, shuttle was late in...

Came in for the KISS Concert, shuttle was late in leaving, had to take an Uber back to the hotel from the concert, My suggestion is when everyone is staying at your hotel for a concert add more shuttles, On arrival to our room the carpet wasnt cleaned, there was wine stains on the floor and the bed, its still on the bed, ths comforter was dirty Told the front desk house keeping came on and said she cleaned the room. The comforter was only wiped there was another spot so she never replaced it wine stains still on side of bed, the floor was the only thing wiped up. All in all it is a nice place to stay, just take better care of the rooms and the guests with the shuttle.
