Very good experience as usual.
Mrs Day at the reception, was very understandable and helpful as always. She found an appointment despite the very busy schedule. She took the time needed to go through all the documents required. She called me back for the confirmation. The person for the renewal was very nice too.
Welcoming Team , efficient and gentle. What can we ask more than that?
