Most mediocre stay to date. Couldn't get in to our...

Most mediocre stay to date. Couldn't get in to our room on time, half of the arcade games were out of order.. our room didn't have half the necessities as it usually does.. room wasn't cleaned well.. rather disappointed this time around!
