If I could give less stars I would. Dr Dooley and the np Michelle screwed me over for several months then took away all pain meds and gave me diclofenac instead. We had already tried diclofenac with no help. I begged them to take a closer look at my back and nothing. I've since needed an mri, back surgery and I'm looking at at least one more back surgery before they resolve issues that would've showed up on a simple xray. I called today to get a referral elsewhere and was hung up on. Thank you for absolutely not helping me in any way Dr Dooley. Please go anywhere but here.

Edit: I didn't refuse my mri. I had to have a hysterectomy, which your office was well aware of, and was required to wait six weeks before I was even allowed to have an mri done. Which Dr Dooley encouraged me to not have the hysterectomy done despite menstruating for 8 months. I'd encourage you to check those records again. I did have a lapse in insurance which I also kept your office in the loop about and I was punished for it by having my entire treatment plan yanked. Btw, my back required a hemi-laminectomy/ discectomy from l3-l5. I don't think the cortisone injection offered would have helped.
