Slum lords through and through. Walked down my staircase and the metal step snapped (rusted out) and my leg fell through. Called them about this incident and it took them a week to fix the stair and I had to call them several times to get them to pay for a medical examination. Which was $60. That is how cheap they are. If you see a place and think "hey it looks nice and is priced well", please factor in the building being old AF and your utilities will cost you about the same in rent (even with DIY weatherproofing).
