Review of Hotel Madurai Residency

I am writing this review out of my utter disappointment in the services i received at this hotel. I called in a week before and booked a room in this hotel. I called two days before arriving to make sure I had the booking but when I arrived, I was shocked and surprised that they did not have my booking. They then made me wait for a while to tell me again that they don't have a booking... I know it makes no sense but that's what they did. Since I drove all the way from Kerala by car to Madurai with the expectation that I had a booking and was disappointed. I asked them to do me a favor and let me park my car in their parking lot until I find another hotel but I was denied this favor too. I check out the food at the top floor but the taste was just average. The facilities maybe good but with poor service and an unwelcome receptions, I don't think i would be going back.
