MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL STARTED OFF FAIRLY WELL, ONE...

MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL STARTED OFF FAIRLY WELL, ONE NIGHT WENT OK EXCEPT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE SLEEP NUMBERS BED. UPON MY RETURN THE SECOND NIGHT WHEN I ARRIVED AT MY ROOM AND STARTED TO DO MY 3 HRS OF PAPERWORK I HAVE AT THE END OF EACH DAY, I REALIZED THAT I COULDN'T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET SO I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND SPOKE WITH JANICE WHO TOLD ME THAT INTERNET WAS DOWN BECAUSE OF A STORM THAT WENT THROUGH, I ASKED IF IT WAS GOING TO BE UP SOON AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON IT. JANICE CALLED ME BACK AND ASKED ME IF IT WAS UP. I SAID NO IT WASN'T AND A FEW MINUTES LATER SHE CALLED ME BACK AGAIN AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO REBOOT MY COMPUTER, I TOLD HER THAT WASNT THE PROBLEM, I TOLD HER THAT THEY NEEDED TO RESET THEIR ROUTERS. AFTER WAITING AN HOUR I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASK IF IT WAS GOING TO BE UP SOON, I WAS TOLD BY JOHN (ROOMS MANAGER) THAT THE REPAIRMAN WAS ON THE ROOF FIXING THE PROBLEM AS WE SPOKE, (COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY HE NEEDED TO BE ON THE ROOF) AND HE ASK IF I COULD DO MY WORK IN THE BUSINESS CENTER AND I TOLD HIM THAT IT COULD TAKE UP TO THREE HOURS AND HE SAID THAT WOULDN'T WORK. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDN'T GET MY WORK SENT OFF THE THE COMPANY I WORK FOR. AS I SAT IN MY ROOM I NOTICED IT WAS GETTING WARM, SO I TURN DOWN THE THERMOSTAT AND THE AC DIDN'T KICK ON, IT ALSO WAS BROKE, THEY MOVED ME TO ANOTHER ROOM. NEXT TIME I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA FEW MILES FOR A ROOM. WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN.
