Villa Adriana is a small jewel set in the Aniene valley. Unfortunately Rome cannibalizes all the beauties in the area leaving only the most willing tourists the opportunity to admire this site. Although the villa has several fountains I suggest you bring a small bottle of water and in the warm months a little hat because at certain times of the day the shadow is extremely rare.
