The staff at Fowles have all been super patient and helpful. When the carpet that I chose wasn t available, they immediately delivered another sample to my door. While I was willing to wait for my original choice, they came through on the stock and delivery date... all before Christmas! While most suppliers are unable to deliver goods and services before the new year, Fowles surprised us and came through. We couldn t be happier! Thank you James and the Fowles team
