Despite the large crowd, that only grew as we waited, we were NOT able to grace our taste buds with the opportunity to have dinner here tonight.
Due to COVID-19 they ask that ONLY 1 PERSON PER PARTY GET INTO THE ORDER LINE. My husband, never eating here before, waited 22 minutes in line to find out that once it was his turn he was in the UNMARKED pick up line.
The cashier rudely told him the order line is over there and moved on to the next customer without a thought about his wait in the heat or a care in the world that he, like everyone else, was easily confused by the UNMARKED lines.
Their main attraction is Pompano, a fish ONLY here in SW Florida, and they are completely out...with NO signs stating so.
As you can see by the pictures...this hidden gem just off the coast is crowded and VERY popular with the locals...but this now being our 2nd trip WITHOUT even a morsel to taste...not so popular with us!!
Put up some LEGIBLE SIGNAGE AND WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE and we'll happily give you another chance...
Maybe....just maybe...the 3rd time will be the charm...
