Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I could have ordered my product internationally - it would have been delivered to me faster, for cheaper and without having to deal with the unacceptable customer support from Dubai Machines.

Still waiting on my refund, but I can't recommend this company based on my experience, I'd look for an alternative.
