This was, hands down, the best meal I've ever eate...

This was, hands down, the best meal I've ever eaten in Italy.... And I've had some great ones. Every dish was fresh, perfectly prepared and glorious in its simplicity. The staff was thoughtful and attentive.

If you are within 500km of Bologna you should seriously consider reserving a table for the evening. I understand why it already has high rankings on other sites.
