Worst service, cancelled phone and still paying th...

Worst service, cancelled phone and still paying the same amount? They can't explain this and won't correct billing. Channels are always cutting out or in pixel. Customer service is a joke. Will call you back in a week with an answer? First your told you can cancel at anytime without worrying about a service charge and now they are charging one, without any type of consent from us? What a racket!
