1) I purchased my ingenico terminal from them. It would not process PayPass. Their solution: they sent me a beat up piece of crap and I had to send in my new terminal to replace it! Mind you I paid for the terminal in the first place - I don't rent it.
2) Terminal malfunctions: if there is a power glitch, the terminals go down and will not sync with the network w/o a long drawn out process to reset them. Not easy to train new staff to deal with issues. (I bought UPS' to alleviate that - not a bad thing to have in any case).
3) Error resolution: If we make an error and over charge a customer and then try to correct it via EVO, the process, over the phone, takes 1 - 2 hours.
4) Phone service: Horribly long waits and misdirecting phone menus.
It's been 3 years - will be looking for a new payment processor in 2017 when this contract runs out.
