Donavan is the best. We took our car in to be serviced and was concerned because we had taken it to two othe rplaces. Donavan in Services made our experience more comfortable. He listened as I informed him about where I had been, what I thought and my rambling on about my car. He was patient, kind and did not make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I will tell all my friends about the service that Donavan gave and the experience in the Service Department at Hinshaw Acura in Fife.
