This review comes from the viewpoint of a performer for one of the hotel's NYE events and as a guest during our brief stay for the performance. The Grove Park Inn is, in a word, AMAZING. It oozes history and prestige. It is massive ... almost like a small self-contained village with nooks and corners everywhere just to soak in the environment and ambience. The staff was excellent and we were always treated well and we able to put on an excellent show and then enjoy the festivities afterwards. All our basics were comped, but I got the impression that the place ain't cheap, but I still could see it as a value for what you get in return. It is definitely a "destination" I would highly recommend and I look forward to returning
