I was a little late for my appointment. So I pulled in the building. I sat there and waited, the only vehicle for about seven minutes. Several workers were in the building, one on the phone, several standing around. It was when other cars pulled in behind me before someone came out to check me in. Once I was checked in, I went in the waiting room. It didn t take long to get my vehicle inspected. It was pulled back in the bay, ready. It didn t appear that it had been washed as promised. One of the service technician move my vehicle for someone behind my car to move out. I waited for the technician to come get me to let me know my car was ready. When he came I commented that my car had been ready for a few minutes he said he was checking someone else in. There are enough check in people to check customers in faster.
