Ordered from jacks previous years and was good with fast shipping and parts were correct.Ordered a part for my Honda mower last month and waited one month(back ordered) and no parts.My credit card was charged when i ordered so I was paying for a part i didn't have.I canceled the order and am waiting for a refund.I ordered from another dealer and part was shipped that day. Jacks needs better quality control for sure
