I probably visited back in 2016 through the drive ...

I probably visited back in 2016 through the drive thru.. we had to get off to order inside because they were busy.
Last night we went through the drive thru.. the employee working the drive through asked us to wait 10-15 min to help us. The car behind us honked twice and I guess the employee heard and asked us to wait 10-15 min to help us. We mentioned that we had already waited 10-15 min.. and asked him if he was ready to take our order. He said he was really busy. I understand. But we had already waited the time that he asked us to.

This location needs to hire more people.
