I waited over an hour on hold trying to set up an appointment so I can get my birthcontol refilled and the call was dropped. This is the 3rd time I've tried to get in contact with them to make and appointment. I am getting very very upset.

Update: I see the reply however the website did not give an option to book online for annual visits and said to call to make an appointment.
