The Broadmoor is insanely nice. I am way too much of a peasant for this place, hah! Walter was an amazing concierge, and helped us with everything. I am a very self-sufficient person, so I was blown away by how they will take care of anything and everything for you. I am not surprised this place is considered a 5 star hotel, it definitely shows.
