my name is Nereman Yousif , i had very good experiness today when i called Gainsco for auto insurance and the agent Miss Kimberly Thomas was so nice and helpful and patient ,she tried her best to explain everything for me and took almost half hour talking over the phone to start my policy with them , this lady is like a gold in everything ,her nice way ,her patient , very helpful, i would give this company 5 stars just because of this nice lady .
