I ordered a sweater a month ago and it took forever to get help on my order. When I finally did, they were like, oops we lost it but basically said it was my problem because it was their shipping partner that lost it, but offered to send me a completely different size. I ultimately got a refund, but the customer experience was very poor. "We sent you a tracking number" is not a resolution, particularly since the tracking number had not been updated for 17 days.
