Cheeky staff, hygiene miserable, beach full of small jellyfish, free welcome drinks are not free and will be charged, hidden costs everywhere (a poolside burger costs $ 120 if you put it together at the end of the day), room amenities broken and dirty. At the pool the beach chairs as well as in the bed is full of hair from the curtain. The food is bad and very expensive plus additional fees on the existing charges. Everything is opaque and hidden. Pure rip-off!

Worst holiday I have ever had in this hotel. NEVER AGAIN. Would anyone advise to stay there !!!!!!!!!!!!!
