I live in Texas. I was having an issue with a travel agency whose US office was located in Boston. I needed legal advise from a Massachusetts lawyer. Kevin was candid and straightforward as to what it would take to get a refund . He was right on the money. During the COVID 19 problems, he was able to get the right person's attention. We received a full refund.
