My husband was treating me to a belated birthday dinner. The appetizer of flatbread was the best part of my meal. I ordered the twin filets with crab cakes, medium. The FIRST 2 were oozing blood, I had to wait 7 minutes until the server came back to send them to be cooked some more. They came back OVER DONE. Now I am on the SECOND round, they again were oozing blood, sent back & came back completely dry. THIRD round only this time 1 was perfect & the other was oozing blood, sent that 1 back, again came back OVER DONE. FOURTH round, I just got it to go. I'm not even going to get into the waitress who brought the bread when my husband was almost done with his meal
