I recently started using a digital banking service and Monese has been really great so far. The app is very easy to navigate and I love how everything is organized. The customer service is also top-notch, whenever I had a question they responded quickly and were very helpful. The only thing I wish they would improve is the transfer speed, it can sometimes take a bit longer than expected. Other than that, I'm quite happy with Monese and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and convenient banking solution.
