The cashiers are sometimes the slowest cashiers in Berlin. And that is i.d.R. not because they do not control the cash register, because then you could occasionally turn a blind eye or both, but especially because of the listlessness of the employees. It is clear that the job does not trigger any jumps in joy now, but if a cashier needs around 2 minutes (unbelievable) to open 2 money rolls, then that is an imposition for the customer.

Then there is the rude employee (slightly overweight Turkish-speaking staff with glasses - this is just mentioned to describe the employee to whom it is as accurate as possible and not to qualify for it!). Apart from the fact that I do not ask him anything anymore, in the past it has always been that he did not even look at the answer. The answer itself was consistently characterized by listlessness and aggressiveness! When standing in front of him or running past him, his posture clearly shows: "Leave me in peace, ask me NOTHING!".

The shelves, especially the beverage department, I have almost never seen in the last few months even in the approach completely.

Exchange FILIALLEITUNG !!!! It's like a team sport. If it does not work there, the coach is to blame and has to hold his head !!! Sorry, I do not want someone to be terminated, but it can not be because you do not receive enough deliveries. Then you have just other products in the range with recordings, if over a long period, the shelves because of certain products are often empty or look vacant. I'm not a FIllialleiter, but that would be a possibility. Instead, you seem to be more interested in optimizing the look. It's not a bad thing to worry about, but what use is a good appearance if my products are not on the shelf?

They are just lucky enough to have an incredibly blatant location with a central hub.

If a supermarket, where there is more competition and you do not have such a location working like that, then the customers would stay out in the long run and do only small quick shopping !!!

And then one wonders why it's going bad ... That's how it always starts ...

For me, it is always the case that only fast shopping (if I just prepare something and quickly needed something). And that consciously!
It is not that the branch lures with unbeatable prices ....

"We love foods"???
Since love is very subjective, I can not contradict that, but I can say that my love could not be more different compared to the love of this Edeka branch for the foods!

The only reason for the 2nd star is the opening hours! Despite my massive criticism / dissatisfaction, you still have to try to be objective, even if I personally do not think much of it.
