One of the most horrible and worst service ever offered. Paid 22000 on 16/06/2017 and ever since I am having troubles with this billing software. Its totally not user friendly. If we want to add a GST item, the process is really hard and if you try to reach customer care, their number is not reachable and by luck if you happen to get hold of a customer service guy, he is not well-trained to address the issue and he will just give assurance to get back to me after wasting an hour in remote desktop to figure out the issue. For the past 6 months, with multiple issues and troubles I faced in billing, we stopped using it. Now, they called and asked us to pay 8500/- for AMC (Annual Maintenance Cost) to provide technical help for a year, which unfortunately never happened in the past 6 months. If you would like a trouble-free and simple billing software for your firm, dont even think of wondersoft. - One totally Unhappy Customer
