Have to pay to call to discuss a cancellation of an already paid for service. How is that OK? I understand weather issues happen but it is not OK to charge me to call you to discuss my options.

Also paid a premium for the Dublin Swift service and there is no compensation/refund of price difference for the fact I am now on a cheaper longer service which I could have booked for a lower price.
