Absolutely shocking service, Xmas food shop was supposed to be delivered between 9am-10am..never arrived. Phoned customer service and spoke to a women that was more bothered about the fact her computer told her it was our fault as we rejected the order, which is completely untrue. After a promised phone call to rearrange the delivery never happened i phoned back again to be told the manager had never arranged a call back and they basically could do nothing...extremely unhelpful staff. Phillapine call centre...why??. 9months pregnant and still no food or any offer off help to resolve the issue. Will never ever use Asda again...I sujest nobody does either
