I did not have an appointment and just walked into the store. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I was so overwhelmed with this being the first place for me to try on dresses. The owner was so kind she listened to what I wanted and found several beautiful dresses and helped me try them on. Later that day I went to several different bridal places and I walked out of my appointment time because they were so rude and not helpful. The services at Bridal Elegance was amazing. I did however find my dress somewhere else later. But I would highly recommend them. unfortunately they just did not have my dress.
