poor customer service, very ignorant and unprofessional, they contact by email to avoid taking long phone queues but are referred to customer service by phone, despite all the tools you can use today to identify customers, they refuse this, no interest rate is written anymore on their invoices and everything more complicated to deal with them, avoid them if possible, boring to write this but hope others come over!
