Rex doesn't deserve 1 star. My grandfather who's sick and displays sundowner was verbally attach by a nurse name Sharon on the 4 hundred. I'm so dissatisfied with the staff. I wonder how can a well known hospital with well trained doctors have such staff members that do not show concern or empathy.
