Having worked with Alter&Company in various different projects in and around London including my house, the experience has been 10 out of 10 at all times. They were employed on the project from conception to completion, responsible for the concept design, design development, project management and contract administration.

Our brief was challenging as we had a tight timescale to work to and a restricted budget to allow us to 'fit in' all our items on our Client Brief.

It is important to find a team that is able to communicate effectively and find proactive solutions. Alter&Company will provide that. Grant and Leith proved to be most capable in every respect, having sound knowledge about standard Architectural contract administration practices, detailing and problem solving.

Alter&Company was responsible for submitting the planning application (both Householder and Certificate of Lawfulness), liaising with the planners and so on. Their problem solving is invaluable and they displayed an intimate knowledge of the project.

Grant and Leith are highly talented, not just for design, but also in his manner with clients and his business discipline. The entire team are extremely diligent and willing to go the extra mile, they are friendly, honest and very patient throughout the creative process. I would highly recommend them to whoever wishes to engage a mature, level headed, extremely diligent and competent Architecture firm.
