I really wanted to give this place a try, seeing they have a 5 star with 54 reviews. Either those reviews are fake, or this place screens who they allow as clients. In either way, I would highly not recommend wasting your time with these people. I tried to message them through their website, waited 3 days and never heard back. I decided to give them another try, this time via telephone to ensure I actually made a valid attempt to reach them. I had a receptionist answer, take my information and tell me I'd get a call back soon. Never did I receive a call, email or any other form of message. I tried a third time a few days later just to see what I'd get and got the same reply stating they'd reach out, which they never did.

I don't know what the problem with this company is, but I'm glad I didn't have them prepare my taxes. I think it speaks as to what type of business this is if they can't return calls from prospective clients. How unprofessional!

UPDATE: Robert Polay contacted me directly to apologize about the misunderstanding after reading my review here and explained what had happened, which all made perfect sense. I was going to make an appointment to get my taxes completed here, but after hearing how much they wanted to charge to complete my taxes (roughly 4x what the competitors charge), I decided to look elsewhere. While I do believe you probably would get excellent service here, you will absolutely overpay for said service and I'm not about to be the one overpaying for a service that takes less than an hour to complete.
