Poor service. Threatened me with court, liability orders and the right to force entry - without ANY prior requests for (or information about) council tax. I have autism and the stress put me in hospital ... It turns out I am exempt anyway.

Often have to threaten them with liability and a possible summons to Queens Bench to get your rights observed.

Also caught them sending out unlawful demand notices that were already overturned by courts - knowingly (boasting that 'bluff and bluster works')

Some very nice staff, but overall - awfully administrated.
