I live in CT and have used Derek many times to list my properties. He is helpful, professional, extremely prompt, knowledgeable and always there to help if I need it. Which I frequently do. He genuinely wants to help and is not all about the money like so many agents. I highly recommend his services. Wish there were more like him around.
