I was seen in the ER the other day after a car wreck. I was very unhappy with the service. I work for a medical office so I had a idea of what kind of service I should have received but it was AWFUL> I was put in a neck brace but never advised to lay down, the NP that treated me would not let me speak and did xrays on the wrong part of my body. A nurse came in to check my BP but left before it was done and never came back to check the results. They asked me to pee in a cup but DID NOTHING with it, it actually sat next to me in my room and two nurses came in asking if I gave sample... umm hello it is right there. Only one nurse showed compassion and actually spoke to me and got me my medicine. I understand the ER is busy but this was just poor care and I will make sure I NEVER come to this ER AGAIN.
