Nurses and staff are great. Billing on the other hand is horrible. Sent us to collections on a bill they never sent, twice!!!. Haven't missed a payment or a bill in my life. When you call you speak to someone out of state who could care less. Call the hospital and its the billing companies problem. Absolute joke. I'll be taking my business across the street or to Madison, I'll be telling my friends and family to do the same. Good luck!
