My wife and I purchased a diamond wedding ring 5 years ago for over $3000 from this company because of their good reputation. My wife noticed a chip in the ring and we went today, February 17th, 2020, to understand why this happened and what was the remedy. Clerk said center diamond is not covered by them. I asked if this is a common occurrence chipped and cracked and he said no. I told him it looks like I was sold a faulty diamond 5 years ago. To make make matters worse clerk had his senior advisor look at ring and he said he could give us $200 for trade in. to say the least I am extremely dissatisfied with the ring and response. You would think the clerk and senior advisor would have talked to the owner to try to make things right. Basic attitude was you are just out of luck on this diamond purchase. $3000 may not be much money to them but it is to us. BUYER BEWARE. My wife is meticulous and did not chip diamond.
