Placed a pickup order and my wife ordered what she figured was a meatless(vegetarian) option, when we get home to enjoy, she spots the meat immediately. I call and ask to speak to a manager and they let me know the manager had left for the day. I was promised that a manger would contact me as soon as they arrived the next day. left my information and no one called me back. I called around 7pm that next day to finally speak to a manger who wanted to do a thorough investaigation, as well as go back and forth on what menu I looked at, as well as describing what the dish looked like. Fuji has not learned the simple concept in customer service the customer is always right. It is unfortunate because a $15 entree out of the $43 total bill, cost Fuji any of my future business. Petty people breed petty thoughts and get petty results, so Fuji, know that a simple sir, how can we make this right, goes a long way.
