I've had two surgeries with great results. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the VA system since the end of my enlistment in 2005. I've heard the horror stories and genuinely feel for those who have suffered but I believe whole heartedly that all VA personnel do the best they can with the resources available.
