Terrible experience working with Morris Law Group....

Terrible experience working with Morris Law Group. My attorney, Lillian was not very responsive and the times I heard from the firm were when they were sending me a bill. I'm a bit confused as to what my attorney was doing since the opposing side hadn't received any communications from her and were unaware that I was represented. I ended up having to do all of the communication on my own while I was being billed by this firm. Looks like the only benefit I got from working with MLG was telling my landlord I had an attorney and the pen I got from my one in-person meeting. My attorney mentioned we would be seeking legal fees and I have reached out to her multiple times in the last 8 months with no response. I'm surprised I haven't been billed for my emails since I was billed for 15 minutes for a 3 sentence email which she responded to in 3 minutes. Absolutely disappointing and a waste of money.
