Horrible. Looking to potentially enroll at Cincinn...

Horrible. Looking to potentially enroll at Cincinnati State and they had be sign up for a blackboard account and added classes to my cart not did not confirm enrollment. They ended up billing me for classes I was not even registered for and said they could subtract the tuition but couldn't get rid of a $25 convience fee. I never physically added these classes to my cart. The counselor did. I still ended up paying the fee for a faculty members actions
